This position will work closely with the Data Insight Management Team. The role will also involve managing a newly formed Valpak Data Insight North America team, including account managers based in America.
What will I be doing?
Valpak Ltd stands as a distinguished member of the Reconomy Group, a pioneering leader in waste management, recycling solutions, and Environmental Compliance. Together, we service every phase of a circular economy. As the Centre of Excellence, Valpak Data Insight services, will lead a new initiative to expand beyond the UK.
We are now seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into the North American market. As a UK-based packaging compliance company, we aim to establish ourselves as a leading provider of Valpak Data Insight services in the USA and Canada. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the correct development, marketing, service, delivery, and sales of our Data Insight service in the new market.
The position requires frequent travel to North America (approximately 6 times a year for a week at a time) while being based in the UK. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills to work collaboratively across the entire group and liaise with key stakeholders including Directors across the group and important prospects. Charisma, self-motivation, and personability are essential traits to succeed in this role, prior experience with compliance data systems is desirable.
