Salary: Circa £23,000 + up to 10% bonus & benefits

How will I make a difference?

You will assist in driving this goal by supporting the delivery of accurate and timely data declarations as specified by environmental legislation and voluntary commitments. You will help support our customers to comply with environmental legislation and give insights into the packaging they handle, allowing them to make meaningful changes with confidence.
What will I be doing?
The Operations Administrator will be committed to providing exceptional administration support. Working alongside Account Managers and Data Administrators, the Operations Administrator will be a motivated and enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to co-ordinate and prioritise tasks. The ideal candidate will be confident working in both a busy team environment and on their own initiative. Strong organisational and communication skills are imperative. The Operations Administrator will be positive, proactive, and enthusiastic.
Internal Communications
- Facilitate communication between teams within the wider department
- Assist Account Managers arranging mailings and off-site weighing days
- Coordinate calendars and schedules for team members
Administrative Support
- Maintain filing systems and keep account folders up to date
- Ensure action plans are reviewed, updated and in place
- Track and monitor overview documentation
- Assess verifications for accuracy
- Make sure that headline statistics are organised and saved
New Contracts
- Liaise with team members on new contracts to ensure processing in a timely manner
- Upload contracts and check payment terms ensuring Finance are kept updated
- Keen eye for detail ensuring accuracy at all stages of the process
What skills will I need?
- Educated to A-level or equivalent
- Experience in an administrative role
- Calendar management experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
